My experience might have been isolated but the impression was certainly that of a sausage factory, the receptionist is tasked to slit in as many patients as possible within the hour and prepare for a long wait. My quote for veneers was also 30% higher than similar practices in Melrose Arch. Found the experience very substandard, would certainly not be tolerated in the Noth of JHB
