I can’t recommend this dental practice enough. I came in for an appointment last Saturday and again for a follow up today. My dentist was called Mays. From the moment I spoke to her on the phone I knew I was in good hands. Such a kind and caring dentist who put me at ease straight away. I received exceptional care. She explained everything to me in detail and made sure I was ok every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. She listened to everything I said and gave fantastic advice. She has such a warm and caring personality and it is very clear she has a passion for her job. Thank you to everyone for all their hard work during a difficult time.
I have been a patient at this practice for more years than I care to remember. Thanks to the services of my fantastic dentist, Bob Hitchcock, I have never required any treatment. However recently I had to make an emergency appointment because I have been suffering from extreme pain. The dentist that I saw, Vinny, diagnosed the problem immediately and suggested that I invest in a mouthguard. Since using the guard the pain has completely disappeared. I just wanted to say a massive 'thank you' to Vinny for his excellent service. I really cannot recommend this practice highly enough.
Such a helpful and reliable dentist surgery. My daughter had to have treatment in August and was seen quickly, despite the pandemic. The dentist who saw her (Katie) was fantastic. She explained everything thoroughly and in a way my 7 year old could understand.
An experience that could have been scary and unpleasant for a child was made easy and with no fuss at all. I couldn't recommend this surgery more!
Fantastic staff and the best dental practise in Cardiff. Really lovely people wouldn’t go anywhere else.
