Fantastic service from start to finish. I searched for a local IT expert as I had an issue that needed resolving quickly. Dale saw to me straight away, and gave me a clear plan of what was required to get my situation sorted. My laptop was back with me the next day complete with a new hard drive Installed, a full clean and virus software installed. He also sorted my damaged hard drive and dealt with the third party for me, my damaged hard drive will be repaired and all information and files saved. Excellent service for a great price. Would highly recommend.
I contacted Dale when we had a sudden failure of our desktop PC. After a short discussion I delivered the PC to his house for diagnostics. I had barely got home before he rang me to say what the problem was. The PC was repaired and back home by lunchtime the following day. Really great service.
Have used Dale a few times now and each time he has been quick to respond, flexible and, most importantly, the work has been first rate.
