Very nice man replied straight away came next morning & fixed new lock
This was a professional job. The patio door was installed 18 months ago & was a problem from day one, it caught all the time at the bottom & we would not dare open it on warm days as we knew we couldn’t lock it again. Sydney was a nice workman, friendly, tidy & clean. The door was fixed in no time & we are now able to enjoy the fresh air on a warm day. He also supplied us with a secure lock, as the original was a bog standard supplier lock which he explained would be easy to burgle. I can highly recommend Lockafix on this showing & have no hesitation in doing so.
Really impressed with Lockafix. My elderly father's security needs were dealt with and sorted within an hour and we were advised on the best options to proceed with. Will definitely use in the future. The video of all the work done and aftercare message were particularly impressive.

Sydney came quickly and on time. Replaced old locks, including a vintage specimen! Repaired french window locks and improved security of lock on another door. Genuinely nice, helpful and professional guy. Great job and nothing too much trouble for him.
