Hello Richard, can you please answer your phone and explain to me when the roof at Julies house will be finished, and more importantly when it will be made water tight, as the many leaks are currently causing damage to the new plaster. We are now in the process of instructing trading standards, as you are un-contactable and the time scales are beyond a joke and unfortunately the work is not even up to the standards of building regs! Can you please answer your phone and explain the situation to us. I really dont want to have to come to your house, but we will have to do that next week, so we can actually speak to you about the job, if you cant answer the phone. Advice to anybody looking at using RPW Roofing Services or Richard Peter Whelan for a job please be extremely cautious. We have had a terrible experience and Richard is now not answering phone calls, not turning up to site etc. The work they did on the roof (small bungalow) has not passed building regs and the job has now taken over 5 months and is still nowhere near complete. It should have been a 2 month job max. They asked for all money up front, and total job was over double original quote, and still not finished. No longer answers the phone or turns up! Has been promising us a £4k refund for 2 months, still no sign. Please be very cautious.

Wouldn't trust this guys word one little bit stay well clear of these guys
