The store is nice but customer services was not at all helpful and didn't help in any way. Eventually my 6 year old daughter found what the lady said the store didn't have and wasn't willing to hear me out. Thanks to my daughter we found what we were looking for but honestly the one lady there may need to be retrained in being polite and trying to assist customers with their queries, instead of just brushing them off and saying there is nothing in stock when there were plenty left just in a different area. Was not pleased at all and will not be returning there

I recently bought a tin of paint from wilkos but unfortunately it didnt cover the area like it should have done As promised by the brand if your not happy with it then please return to store for a refund. I spoke to a lovely lady on the door and she asked the manager to help me with my enquiries. I would just like to say thank you to both the ladies very helpful. However the manager was extremely helpful as she called someone to help with the problem. I feel this was a very king gesture and above and beyond her daily role. We collected the correct paint to fix the problem and I just wanted to say thank you , also to let you know it solved the problem i was having . Thank you once again to both ladies excellent customer service.
