I had a tax claim that went through ok however my tax code changed. I can't get hold of anyone to sort this out and currently getting a penalty from HMRC. With the amount I'll have to pay back and penalties incurred I will be worse off. Please avoid as I am in a mo win situation!

This company have messed up my husband's tax code, even though he never proceeded with a claim (only got sent the paperwork) and never consented to them going ahead. Now the Tax office keep sending letters saying my husband is self employed (which he has never been). He keeps ringing the tax office and has now received a penalty notice!! Still trying to sort out! This has all happened since contacting this company!!!

Did not contact me back. Put a claim in and ended up costing me 800 pounds in late tax return fees

Very slow to respond. Made mistakes by not checking details correctly. I have now gone to someone else

Plenty of 5* reviews on here by their own employees. They really do need to keep clients informed of progress and stop making excuses as to major delays. Very unprofessional. Improvement needed.
