Lorna took me on when I got into a mess with my self employment returns over several years and needed someone to help me out of it. I'm not the most organised of people at times, but despite my flakiness about responding promptly and providing the necessary info, Lorna remained patient and never gave up politely steering me towards a solution. I get the impression that once she takes a job on, it's getting sorted one way or another! In the end she not only got my tax in order, but got HMRC to refund all of the fines I had accumulated - over £3000! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

i lived in london and am a plumber and heating engineer,as you know being a plumber we have a lot of small expenses ,being with my EX,accountant never expected him to look at all the small detail,relocated to nottingham,and found lorna on the google,called her as soon as i spoke to her,i felt comfortable,met her a few weeks later at weekend,5 days later had a call from her saying all done,by my surprise i found that she had gone through every small expenses plus got some money back from hmr,all i could say she is such a lovely lady and pure professional,and plus she is definitely a head and shoulder above anyone else,Many thanks Lorna Ali Rahim
