I was really looking forward to go for a lovely walk with the pooch but I was appalled by the rubbish and dog mess at the reservoir!.

Excellent cheese scone in the cafe. Nice sunny day for a 30 minute stroll around the reservoir. Shame about the traffic noise.

I love it here, the resident black duck seems to know us now and comes straight over, it also has no problem sitting right next to us or standing on our feet to eat the seed from our tubs or hands. The swans and geese are also rather forward as well, it is brilliant stood in the middle of them while they take seed from us. Also managed to spot a black swan early morning of 06/05/19 looking healthy and joining the others for a good munch.

Love to walk around the reservoir,we like to see the wildlife that live here and call in at the lovely cafe for a coffee and a piece of cake ,and now they've added the new bridge you can explore even further
