Had a bit of a mix up with my booking that was soon sorted. Gentleman on the phone was really great and the driver ( think his name was musa) was brilliant, he didn't even charge me for journey.

Absolute rip off, charged me £10 to travel 1 mile. Was told that it was because they drove from further out to pick me up, so that's my fault is it? Ridiculous. Will never use again and recommend nobody else does either

Really easy to use app to order one car, wait time greatly reduced, taxis are prompt and easy to contact if there is a problem. Love being able to track the arrival. I never order a taxi any other way. Would like to see the app be able to order multiple cars - if it does do this its not clear to me.

Awful. You can’t conpete with Uber if you just lie. It’s on its way. It will be 7 minutes. It will be 4 minutes. It’s on its way... I’m sorry bits been rerouted. What a joke. Sort it out.
