Typical American company, over friendly but reasonably priced. All was going well until I told them I don't have a credit card so was unable to continue with the van hire even though I paid my deposit using my debit card via the app. way in advance, be aware that any refunds are issued from the USA for some reason, I waited 3 months, unacceptable in this day and age.

I have got to say, 5 stars for the team at IIkeston, Notts!! They were friendly, very funny, extremely professional and sorted us out with an amazing deal! We needed a car in an emergency to drive to Manchester, the gorgeous gentleman, suggested we just hire the car to get us to the closest Enterprise in Manchester, near our hotel and then a staff member would drive us to our hotel!! So we only had to pay for 2.5hrs rental plus fuel! We did leave them with a gorgeous selection of Australian chocolate as a thank you!! We're extremely grateful! I hope the team see this review as they'll definitely remember us! Xx

Absolutely dreadful organisation and customer service. Promised me a refund that I have NEVER received, months later, even after several emails to various different members of Enterprise staff. Disgusting. Booked a medium van here so my partner and I could move house. Informed by them last minute (the night before) that the van was not available. We were forced to take a van that was not large enough, and we were unable to move much of the furniture we wanted to. This had to be left behind at great expense to ourselves. As mentioned earlier we were promised a partial refund and this has never transpired. To add insult to injury we have not had one email in response to this which is shocking. The representative we dealt with and who lied to our faces regarding the imaginary refund was called Annabelle Potts, and I believe the manage is Curtis J Bill. We have emailed both of these people detailing the situation and both have completely ignored us. Do not use this branch or company if you can possibly avoid it.

I have used the service twice now. I think they are doing exceptionally well. Cars are very nice and gives you a very smooth journey. Last time, even though Phil had a hard time arranging the car of my choice on a short notice but he did an absolutely amazing job with an upgrade with almost the same price tag. On my return I was handled by Mr. Slaney who is working as an intern but I was amazed by his passion, confidence and humbleness. I am quite sure he will excel further in the field. Overall, it has been a very nice experience, although I must recommend them to cut down on their (exit fees) when the pickup and drop-off locations are different (London and Nottingham) for example. Otherwise, bravo guys!

Excellent, excellent service. Really friendly, attentive staff. Good selection of cars, helpful in bringing the car out front, very good prices. Will definitely use again.
