Booked for 08:00 hrs & paid online only problem was got told not to come before 3pm. Woe to that! They really are professional, got to love them, Enterprise is the best.. Not!!
Brilliant, friendly and professional level of service I received from Emily recently whilst collecting a hire car following a breakdown. Everything explained clearly and paperwork nice and straightforward to complete. Highly Recommended A+++++
Had to pick up a car as a courtesy car. Was met promptly by Bethany who was quick and clear in the comms. Led me through the process well.
Site is easy to find just off the ring road. Signage is good and can be seen well in advance so no late turns required.
Excellent service received from Grace who when above and beyond to organise me a rental car on very short notice and when they was fully booked with no cars available.
Pretty poor service. Returned a car well within the opening hours and was told I’d have to come back tomorrow nor enough time to take the keys off me due to “covid”.
But plenty of time to put up Christmas decorations.......shows what’s really important to them.
Very poor customer service I’m afraid.
