I have to be honest and say that I was skeptical about hiring a vehicle from any company after many bad experiences in the past. There always seem to be something that takes the edge off the experience however I am pleased to report that was not the case during my hiring experience with 4x4 Vehicle Hire. Avy was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and she made the whole experience as easy as possible. The vehicle was clean, of a great specification and took us to and from London without hiccup. Overall a great experience and one that I hope to repeat again in the near future. Thanks again Avy!
Excellent customer service from start to finish! We got a Discovery HSE Luxury the kids loved it, made our 2 day trips more enjoyable. Would highly recommend these guys. We will definitely be using them again.
An excellent customer service experience from start to finish fronted by friendly, professional staff who were a pleasure to deal with. The vehicle was beyond our expectations, delivered and collected bang on time, and made the perfect Father’s Day gift! Hired a Land Rover Discovery 5 for the week. Hassle free drop off and pick up from home. Great service from polite and friendly staff. Definitely recommend.
Well, where do I start in regards to writing this review !! Absolutely 1st class service from 4x4 Vehicle Hire, Nottingham. From the very first contact to the delivery and collection of the vehicle was exemplary, just outstanding service and a company that goes that extra mile in order to make sure that you enjoy the experience of hiring from them !! As for the vehicle, Discovery 5 HSE, immaculately presented and a joy to drive, just didn’t want to give it back. Will certainly be using the company again and a company that I would highly recommend to family & friends.
