Smooth as silk. The hiring process and a joy to drive that long based van, not as scary as I thought
A terrible service. Understandably questioned where the van was going, but had a poor awareness of areas and restrictions. The process was purposely elongated. Staff were disrespectful on the phone, and had no sense of propriety leading to me being passed from staff to manager. Neither of which could solve the issue. Certainly wouldn't recommend this company.
Rented a van here. The staff were extremely polite and professional. Excess waiver actually brings excess to zero unlike a lot of other companies. Would rent again .
