Bought one of there starting motors and was faulty and replaced with a new one ...did exactly the same thing ...bendix just spins and not shooting up and engaging...both tested by marine engineers and told both were not fit for purpose ...they are made in China and are absolute rubbish
Paid £311 for an alternator, lasted 3 weeks, dealer offered 110 refund money. Made in China stuff.
Very Good company to deal with.
