Easy and efficient to deal with when ordering, our radiator was a non standard size, which presented no problem to order the size and design we wanted. Ken then, personally delivered the radiator cover in his van. Quality good looking cover that was well made strong construction and really good to look at. So much so, that the other radiators in our home are under scrutiny for a transformation from functional to decorative in the near future.

I placed an order with this company and they taken my money and 9 weeks later still no cover and when I tried to phone they never answer,will only email you, I know things are hard at the moment but they wouldn’t even give a date. They did say they where making in date of orders so I asked what date they where at the moment, there wouldn’t answer and because of that they said they where refunding my money. This company as no customer service at all and i don’t know how they are still going if they treat customers like that. I would definitely not recommend this company, in fact they did me a favour as I since found a much better company.

I ordered 2 covers. Both in the same design and satin white. It took some time due to covid I guess, but I was in no hurry. Once delivered and installed I am very pleased with both. They are an excellent finish and very robust. Far superior to the simple kits from the DIY stores and exactly the right size. Thank you.
