Guess my experience was a combination of a positive and negative one!!
I arrived at my prearranged appointment time.....and the place wasn't open yet!! Once open I was then left hanging around in reception for several minutes (even though they were already late for the agreed time). Not a great start!!!!
On a positive note however, once they'd engaged with me, they're customer service was great. They kept me updated on investigations and resulting actions / costs. They also had free coffee whilst I waited which is never a bad thing!!!
If I'm honest, overall I was there significantly longer than I expected (but that may be down to me being unrealistic about how long it takes to sort a replacement tyre).
One word of advise though, don't just turn up and expect to be sorted!! I've been here on several occasions in the last year and they've never been able to look at my car there and then (even if only a few cars being looked at). I'd therefore recommend to ring in advance and try and book a slot.
Overall, great customer service, but waiting times and availability to fix issues were disappointing.
