Small but interesting! The videos are a really good explanation of the process.
Had a lovely coffee and cake from the cafe afterwards, and the curry smelt amazing - so a good stop for food too!
Enjoyed looking around the mill. They seem to have put in place lots of space for eating and drinking. Couldn't get in the shop because they're only allowing six people in at once. All six were crowded into the upper area of the shop but the rest was empty. We waited 15 minutes but nobody came out so we weren't allowed in. When we gave up waiting everyone else in the queue left as well.
Melin Tregwynt is a fabulous place to visit. A sheltered, beautiful setting, and a short and very beautiful walk to a choice of two wonderful beaches. The food is excellent and the staff friendly and efficient.
Don't order online from them, they are ill-equipped to handle ecommerce. If you can make the journey to the mill or another retailer, the actual product is nice and good quality. They should stick to their knitting and let someone else manage their sales channels
Lovely place a bit off the beaten track, quiet & peaceful. The mill is shut but the cafe & shop are open, garden was perfect in the sunshine, & chill with a coffee & cake treat
