My mum came into the Ilkeston store to take some clothes back . The older lady serving was so nasty and made her feel so uncomfortable. She was tutting while while scanning the items to take back as there was quite a few . She made comments like are you not keeping anything. When my mum came into the store there was size 6 clothes on the the size 12 rail. The customer service is awful and the staff need to cheer up .

A small shop, less range of products but they do put all the new seasons product in.
