Received great advice and help with strollers at this shop - the shop assistants were very knowledgeable, gave practical advice, demonstrated the different options and let us try them out as well - this is a service rare to find these days- thank you! Highly recommend this shop to any new mamas and papas.

We visited the Nottingham store on the 26th June, As we do not live locally me and my husband both both booked the day of work to make a special visit and to avoid lockdown crowds. We are at the stage now where we are looking to purchase some larger items such as prams, car seats, moses basket, nursery decor etc and since our nursery furniture is from Mamas and Papas we wanted to look here for our other items. When viewing the prams we were a bit lost, being our fist baby we didn't really know what we were looking for and the differences between the prams. However not a staff member around so we moved on. We did see a Moses basket we liked on the upper floor, but i wanted to know a bit more about it, as i was sure i wanted to purchase this but wanted to know a few more details before i brought it. After waiting a while by the till area, we were advised that someone will be with us shortly, when a staff member did show up they decided assisted someone else who hadn't been waiting. We then waited for someone else to show up. When we finally got to speak to someone, she couldn't have cared less, she didn't ask what Moses basket we were looking at and told us that it would be £100, i stated the the price listed on it was £69. She ignored me when is stated this. She refused to come and have a look at it with us and couldn't answer my questions in regards to it, just showed us very small image on a screen which was hard to make out. We walked out he store very unhappy and i was a little upset as i really liked the moses basket i saw. We visited Baby Planet later on in the day where the staff were very helpful and we were able to purchase our pram, car seat, Moses basket and a few nursery items.
