Staff took time to examine, calm pet, explain issue and provide treatment.
Very impressed with all staff
Emma is the most lovely vet who took all my concerns into consideration and helped me feel so much more at ease. She took such good care of my pet as he is easily stressed and I left feeling like a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. My hamster is already reacting well to the treatment and I’m so happy that his first trip to the vet was so positive
The staff here are always helpful and the vet is always remembers my dog and follows up with a telephone call and then an email. Highly recommend
Horrendously expensive. Just took our 2 dogs for suspected poisoning from mince pies. To inject them to make them vomit they wanted to charge us £177 per dog!!! We went to a local vet and we were charged £80 for both dogs!! How are they getting away with this. Daylight robbery and we would strongly suggest using local vets only and not these commercial money making cow boys!
Absolutely hellish experience. We recently adopted a dog from Romania. He is a gentle giant, however his skin and coat were in very poor condition. We immediately took him to Vets4Pets where we can honestly say we received the worst service, advice and care from the so called vet. We understand that the clinic was running late, however that is no excuse to leave an animal to suffer. We actually received better advice from the receptionist than the vet. Safe to say we will not be returning, however the fact that our dog had to suffer another evening is not only totally unacceptable, it is also unprofessional on the part of the vet.
