Super friendly staff. Lovely cappuccino topped with lots of chocolate!! Felt safe with sanitiser stations available. Tables very clean. Nice to meet my friend and feel normal again! Well done Costa!

Imagine having to deal with the sort of customer who complains that you don’t take cash during a pandemic. The same person also complained that they weren’t currently giving Costa points. Unbelievable self entitlement. But the staff handled this individual wonderfully. Friendly service, quick.

Recently having been a regular customer I was disappointed that this branch of Costa have decided to prioritise Uber Eats orders and keep customers that have visited in person waiting even if the Uber Eats came in after. I voiced my expression of dissatisfaction in an acceptable manner and suggested that maybe it wasn’t the right approach to prioritise Uber orders. I was then told it’s too early to moan and that we are in a pandemic. I took my drink and food and left after explaining to the staff member that I wasn’t a personal complaint but that the management should address problem as it was the second time we that week I’d waited in excess on 20 minutes due to this. Surprisingly I visited yesterday to be told that I was barred due to a previous incident!!! Since when has it been wrong for customer to complain about bad service!! Thankfully I spoke to Costa customer service who apologised and gifted me 800 points for some free coffee’s and then advised this wasn’t appropriate for the store to behave in this way and this will be dealt with. It’s franchises like these that cause businesses to lose valuable customers.

Your regular Costa, usually my main choice for coffee shops. It was comfortable outside and it was nice day, too bad about the traffic. I"ll definitely come here again next time I'm in the area
