It was ok, yeah. Good covid precautions in place. Would have 5 stars if they'd had some shoes that my partner wanted. You lost a star, as this meant I was dragged all round the outlet for 3 hours. Seriously though, I give you 5 stars. Friendly and efficient staff. But please, could you not stock every style and size of shoes ever made? My feet and patience would be very grateful. Thank you.
Excellent service today, by Saffron. Fitted the kids for new school shoes, and know how hard it is fitting a child with a leg brace for perfect shoes. The twins love their new pairs and can't wait to go back to school to show them off! Thank you
Was well organised only a few in shop at a time and hand Sanitizer on entering. Unfortunately they could not help me didn't have the size in the style of shoes I needed. Very helpful though.
Good for those not wearing masks, but confused by their policy to wear disposable socks if trying on shoes. If senior management can clarify that policy for me, that would be great.
