Called last week to find a particular pair of trainers for a Christmas present for my husband. Spoke to a lady called Lauren who was extremely helpful and put them by for me ready for a postal request.
Called back Sunday and spoke to Luke who arranged to have them sent to me. He couldn't have been more friendly and helpful!!

Well this me & my sister went into Sketchers at McGarther Glen & I would like to say a big massive thank you to Luke ! 👍he was absolutely fabulous! So helpful to my sister who was wanting to purchase some trainers for her husband so hopefully we should be able to pick these up next week.
Also I went in this shop the previous week and I couldn’t help but notice how helpful & customer friendly Luke is he is a credit to your company I say make him the manager!
