Just visited, poor service, staff not wearing lanyards so cannot tell who are staff and who are customers. Once staff member was identified went to fetch a pair of shoes and then disappeared. Didn’t know where to put the shoes after we tried them on so left them on the counter and left. However I love Sole Trader in general. Intu Potteries store is much more attentive.

Staff really helpful trying to help sort out school shoes with us. They even put an insole in for him to try and a heel grip to try and stop the shoe slobbing. He could of done with a 1/2 size but unfortunately they dont do them .Much better service here than in Clarks which is chaos this morning with a good 50+ people queueing.
