The staff here are absolutely lovely, so helpful and friendly. They recognise regular customers which is nice and makes you feel valued in that respect. Good layout, clean store to visit.
On the mens floor a supervisor stood doing some sort of admin on a till whilst there was a queue and it wasnt until a lovely older lady asked her she needed the till that she stopped..literally looking at us queuing and no thought to serve us. Terrible customer service. Thank goodness for the other lady.
