My reversing sensors had decided to stop working. I called these guys up as we have used them many times before. They managed to fit me in the next day. Quick call to say what needed to be done and once they had the part ot was amazing quick service. As a female I always feel confident and comfortable coming here and they are great value and also give great advice too! Thank you!

I have used Redhill Service Centre for a good few years now and am always delighted with their service. I have my car MOT performed here and they never attempt to 'up-sell' other unnecessary work. When I have needed to take my vehicle for repair the mechanics always call with a diagnosis and a discussion on what needs doing. Always a reasonable price for work undertaken quickly and efficiently by friendly, professional staff. I also love the courtesy call by the lovely receptionists, reminding me I need to book my MOT :)

I run a courier company called Critical Shipments, that specialise in time - critical shipments. Anyway on the Friday / Saturday morning the steering become loose and was wobling on one of our vans. It was going to to be a number of possible problems. I rang around other companies in the local area and they didn't seem to instrested in our business. Response were off: we can see you next week or we can't do to much about it now! Well I visit Redhill Service Centre in person asked them to have a look, after exaplaining the circumstances of what happen and my business model.(as i did with the other companies) They give me a few options- they could understand the situation and unlike most garages they give me a couple of places that they recommend for me to try as they were very busy them self. Id did and no joy. The persistent person I am I went back, the lovely gentlemen i spoken to earlier, moved and jiggled some space to put it on the ramps to diagnoses the problem. Quote was provided and I left them the van that night to start work on in the morning of Monday. Monday came and I reicved a call from the garage explaining the situation that another part was broken. Luckily enough they had pre-empted ordering me the part, and I added a new tire to the order too. Obviously the bill was more than the original quoted price but I was compltey aware that this would be the case with the addional parts. From pricing to completion less than half a day. In the industry I work in thats critical for us. I will be using them again for our other fleet vehicles/ personal. Honest, reliable and an excellent turn around on our vehicle. Even shown me the old parts taken off and the problems. Very rare to see this type of honest trade, and without even asking. Id highly recommend. Brilliant experience. The staff are helpful and friendly... They repaired the boot lock, brakes did a service and MOT... all done promptly and to a high standard... extremely happy with their service... would definitely recommend...

Have used this garage for several years for MOT, servicing and other repairs and they are always reliable and helpful. They have shown themselves to be very knowledgable and don’t automatically try and sell you the most expensive option for a repair, looking at things on their own merits. Very happy to recommend them 👍🏻😃
