Called after being quoted an outrageous price from a much larger supplier. AutoFit were keen to take my business, made me appointment within 7 days of the call and even arrived earlier than expected. Quick, professional, and leaving a good result behind, all for much cheaper than any competition. Can't fault.

My passenger window was damaged to break into my car and I was given the mobile number for Warren from a local garage. After speaking with him I received a very fairly priced quote and I booked in through the main number and was told that Warren would be in touch on the day to let me know what time. My boyfriend took the day off work and I sent a message at 10:45 asking for an approximate time, I got a reply at 13:00 informing me that my the wrong window had been sent and therefore he would not be able to get to my car that day and would rearrange for the following day. After asking a time I was told it would be the AM between 10-12 and that Warren would text me with a specific time in the morning. I took the next morning off work, I did not receive a message with a more specific time and at 12 :00 I sent a message to check that he was still coming. I was informed he was and that he was running late due to the weather. I then received a message at 14:30 informing me that he may not make it and would see how he got on in the next hour. I explained that I urgently needed the window replacing as I needed to use my car the following day. I was given an apology and a “not a lot I can do” response and did not receive an update after the hour. I was not offered any resolution or compensation for the delays. Due to being recommended I expected a quick and efficient service . I received poor communication, poor customer service and 2 wasted days . I have since rebooked with another company.

Rang them to create an appointment, they did not show up. Rang them again to which they said they would call back, they didn't. Called them a week later and again they said they would call back and didn't. I can't comment on their work which I am sure is fine, but their customer service is shocking.

Excellent service, these guys were really helpful and did a great job at a very competitive price. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
