Called and arranged a visit to test a battery that had been supplied previously and was now failing. He said he would arrive on Saturday at 10. He didn’t. Called again. Not answering so left a message asking him to call. He didn’t. On Tuesday tried calling again but not answering. Called using a different phone. Answered straightaway. Said would attend Saturday at 11. Midday came and went. Called but no answer and left message asking to ring back. Nothing It is now 3 weeks since this person agreed to come out and still hasn’t even had the decency to call with even the poorest of excuses. If bad customer service was illegal this character would be doing life in prison I begrudge having to give 1 star Still nothing. Clown

Great service ad a intercooler fitted On my Audi A4 2 great lads really good job fast and efficient definitely recommend This garage mobile service excellent thank you lads

£20 for the initial look. Asked me to bring it back to have a further look, and said they'd call me when they're finished. 3 hours later, no call, turns out they lost my number. They told me they only spent an hour looking at my car, so it'd be £30 for that work. So i go home with only verbal diagnostics. I went elsewhere to get my car fixed after that, and in the end the diagnostics Nottingham Car Clinic gave me were incorrect. £50 for incorrect diagnostics. Only reason for two stars is due to the company they share their location with (Self Drive). They gave my car a free wash using their pressure washer. Probably wouldn't recommend the Car Clinic, but would Self Drive.

Left my car in a right mess. Had to get another mechanic to put things back together as they never showed up to put it right. All that it ended up being was my alternator needed replacing yet they stripped my engine of all wiring. Obviously didn't have a clue & he said he was the car electrician specialist. 😠😠😠
