I rang PRE to see if they could assist in a full kit out of a commercial kitchen that had been poorly maintained, they came to site to see what parts were needed and returned to site shortly after with everything required. They fully installed my new rational with waste pipe and external water filter, installed and gave a once over to my 6 burner, char grill and fryers then gas safety tested it all and emailed me the certificate. They then went on to fully rewire and install correctly my heat lamps on the pass with PAT testing completed on all items required. I chose this company due to their 5 star ratings they did not disappoint! Even the bill was not wallet breaking. Fantastic service with very knowledgeable engineers. Have used both PRE and TLCC (their sister company, apparantly) and been very satisfied with both. PRE have been great at providing all the catering equipment services we asked for, promptly and at great value. I would recommend them.

Used this company twice now once for a refrigerated counter they came out next day fixed it with in half an hour was so impressed with the service then again this week to a broken griddle I sent a photo of broken part plus serial number and they sent someone out with the correct part and fixed it will definitely be using again Thankyou very much for your good service and Staying in touch five star service Thankyou from sister snacks at ollerton

Have never let me down! Would not go anywhere else. We have an extremely busy kitchen in our business Timmermans Garden Centre and PRE have been instrumental in keeping us operational 361 days a year. Can highly recommend

From installing our very first kitchen in the Nottingham Soulville 14 years ago through to several emergency call outs last year Mick and the gang have never let us down and understand 100% that a reliable and quick service is key to keeping a busy kitchen operating. I would recommend them to anyone !
