Been using zebra Muzik since I was at school 23 years ago when I started playing the drums. Always been really friendly. Very helpful in choosing the right guitar to learn on. Proud to support a local business. Keep it up!
I ordered some guitar strings from Zebra, and Rob's communication was brilliant; letting me know exactly what was going on and sending the order out as quickly as possible. A slight stocking issue limited and delayed my order, and the website didn't work very well so I accidentally put in my order twice - quickly rectified. Falls just short of five stars, but generally very high levels of customer service and communication that I would be happy to recommend.
I visited to enquire about the price of guitars, the staff were so friendly and helpful I bought one there and then. They offered to restring it the first time it needs it and show me how to do it for myself on future occasions. They were also helping a guy who had bought a bass guitar from somewhere else but it needed adjusting.
Great music shop and fantastic service, better than using a big warehouse to get your guitar, mine came professionally set up with email updates and actual pictures of the guitar on the workbench before they posted it to me showing the inspection and set up before sending it out, I won't hesitate to use again, first class service!!
Brilliant little shop bought a digitech effects pedal, Rob great bloke, will be visiting again when I'm in the area, worth 5 stars.
