Super service, I made a mistake with my order. It was corrected swiftly with fantastic communication and service. Advice with sizing was spot on. Quality of trouser material is great, extremely long lasting.

It's not very good business is it when you can't go into the shop to order your new school ware for your 14yr old.. I know we can't try the clothes on but it would be good to actually look at the sizes and pick what you want from the eye... If there was another school ware firm I would use them.... Trousers, blazers are very poor in quality and the shop staff don't seem to care... So we only have the option of buying online I will be Complaining to the school about this shops service..
the shop in Arnold is closed and when you call you just get a machine and eventually the call gets disconnected. Not very good customer service at the moment.....
Ad-hoc opening hours and thin material for the logoed trousers we're all being compelled to buy at some cost. No adjustable waist on the trousers. Furthermore, unreliable customer service : treated rudely in store when I went to collect my order after receiving a text from the company. The order had not, in fact, been delivered to the store, despite the text confirmation. The company has a weird, unhealthy monopoly in the city which is not fair. Other companies could, I am sure, do better if given the chance.
