We arrived at our afternoon tea early, and the ladies were really accommodating and happy to make it up for us ahead of our booking. I have to say it was one of the best afternoon teas we'd ever had! The sandwiches were delicious, the home made potato salad and coleslaw and pork pies made a nice change from the usual sandwiches and cakes you'd get, and the scones were the best I've ever had. It's rare that somewhere has good savouries AND good cakes but this cafe nailed it. We'll be back I'm sure! X
