Covid meant consultation is in the street. But vet Andy very good and reassuring. Everything possible done to treat my dog.
I've been taking my dog to this vets since we got him. The service has gone downhill dramatically recently. I've been left standing outside for the duration of the appointment more than once and seen other customers in the same situation. I've also had contradictory advice from the same vet. Now moving to another practice.
Friendly service and easy to use payment system
Terrible service since they’ve been taken over. Been sat outside waiting for my appointment for 45 minutes. Always a long wait on the phone to get through to someone. Will be going elsewhere.
