Such a fantastic service, from the first phone call with Andy, all the way through to my car delivery. All of my questions were answered without hesitation, and they went above and beyond. Greg was very professional, not pushy which I was concerned about, and nothing was too much trouble. It was the first day of them re-opening from the lockdown, all the social distancing and safety measures are in place and clear. Each employee we saw said hello, they value their customers. I can’t thank them enough for their help and all they have done for me through my new car experience, reassuring me that they’re only a phone call away if I have any further questions. I highly recommend them. Huge thanks again. (To the top boss- please treat these hardworking guys to some blinds though, as it was so bright and hot!!!!)

Paid a deposit to hold a car I wanted to buy. Agreed at £99 but they took £200 from my bank. When I informed them of this they said they would return the £101 but never did. 4 days later I then had a call the day before I was going to view and potentially buy the car to tell me the car wasn't there but that they could send me a video of it 2 days later. I decided to look elsewhere and asked for my money back. After 2 weeks of continuous phone calls and them saying they had sent the money back to me when they hadn't they finally admitted they had made a mistake and given the £200 back to the wrong person! Wouldn't buy from them or recommend.

Paid £100 to reserve a Car and was travelling a 160mile round trip and they knew that. Upon arriving to my pre-arranged viewing, the car I was there for was not ready to be test driven, was not cleaned since previous owner and was filthy inside. It felt very apparent that I was expected to just turn up and purchase the car. As we was leaving the salesman said next time ring before you come to make sure the car has everything you want. I couldn’t understand why he’d say that when had they been more prepared I’d of probably brought the car. I won’t be recommending.
