I had a slight issue with a car purchased from them 18 months earlier. The warranty had long expired, so I didn't expect much joy when I rang up about it. To their credit and my surprise, they did the best they could to help resolve the issue, and at cost to them. No fault at all, with their customer service.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Purchased my first car on finance here, sold me a BMW they claimed went through an MOT and was prepped to "Runabout Standards" whatever that means. Had the car 4 months and have had the following issues diagnosed by an independent specialist Damaged Windscreen Washer Compartment Car Sold With Under-Inflated Tyres (No tyre replacment or repair kit) Low Oil Level (I'm not a mechanic, surely this comes under MOT??) Low Oil Pressure Damaged Cat Converter I've gone back to them several times and even written an email to their CEO of Pendragon yet to receive a response will update if I do. UPDATE 01/2021 - A few months later I had the vehichle recovered as the finance company agreed I was missold and reimbursed in compensation. Make of that what you will but I feel its nothing more than a damning inditement of this garages service.

Went there for a adblue top up on a mobility car as it was down to 350 miles. Rang to ask if okay to drop in told okay. When we got there the receptionist said we had to book the car in. So came away without the adblue top up not impressed.
