Really dissapointed with our visit this lunchtime. 12.05 pm we ordered 2 smoked salmon, avocado and boiled egg salad + a fruit tea and a bottled water. To be served in the marquis. Drinks were served immediately but at 12.40 I enquired where our meals were, to be told they were just being prepared . Yet at 12.55 still not arrived so requested refund.
Apparently our order had been lost. No apology offered by the owner, tried to fob us off with a credit which we declined as we will not be going again!!!
