Brought caravan had damp from the start they had it twice and claimed of my warranty still leaking cracked my skylight and told me take it somewhere else never use them again haven't got a clue what they doing

We have a hymer motorhome. It's about 15 years old and we discovered a leak in the ceiling. I phoned Mansfield caravan and they were so helpful! My husbands leg had also just broken and was in a cast. They drove straight over and offered to drive it to their workshop. They put my mind at rest and said we had caught it at the right time. They offered a good price to get it fixed straight away. Trev in the workshop was also brilliant. He informed us of two leaks and what he could do. He was really efficient and So helpful. It is now completely resealed and dry! They even drove my motorhome back because I am unable to drive it. If anyone has any problems small or big I recommend this place. I will be taking my motorhome back there again. The service was exceptional and I am so happy.
