Best garage I've visited. From the customer service and communication to the work carried out, all 10/10. Ian is very knowledge and charges honest prices for the work, Emma is very professional and keeps you up to date with the work. Would definitely recommend and visit again!!
I have been taking my car to Ian for a fair few years now. Previously I drove over an hour to the old location, this should show how happy I am with the service.
Now the garage is so much closer to Mansfield is a bonus for me.
I have always had work booked in quickly. In emergencies I have been seen really quickly. Ian and Emma both bend over backwards to help and always have time to chat to customers (who like me think mechanics often speak some foreign language) and explain all requirements or various options for work needed. Defo will remain loyal to the garage.
Booked in with my freelander 2 with a battery drain iv had for years and within 3 days Ian had found the problem and also changed my drop links, really nice friendly people and Emma kept me updated everyday with prices and information happy customer.. definitely see you at MOT time cheers again professional repairs and good prices.
Friendly helpful garage that did a great job on my car. just recently moved sites but will definitely be using them again very competitive prices and more than happy with the work done.
Great garage and I would strongly recommend them. I have been bringing both my wife’s car and mine for many years and they have recently relocated to new premises.
