Honestly I have NEVER been to a better hairdressers! Saffina and the team make you feel so welcome soon as you walk through the door! Saffina has never failed to amaze me with the work she has done on my hair! Honestly if you need a hairdresser that never disappoints you this is the place you need to be!🤩

I've been having my hair done here for over a year now and I've recommended to friends and family who now go here too! I honestly can't recommend it enough, I'm extremely fussy and i have attended many hair salons and always left unhappy until i found this place! I've been to both Saffina and Elysia and have been so pleased with the results everytime. I've attached a photo which speaks for itself.

In love with my hair everytime I go here. Always feel welcome by all the team at Saffina's! Very attentive and always leave feeling a million dollars! Great range of products aswell!

I was looking forward to trying a new salon. It can always feel a bit daunting but I had read the reviews and thought it looks good. I booked online and specifically booked the 2.15pm slot which was available as it fitted in with a busy day. I was a bit frustrated when at 1.30pm I had left work and paid parking and went to look at the email to find the salon had changed my booking to 1 hour later... With no explanation or phonecall so I called the salon to check if this was a mistake. I was told the salon had already got clients booked in for 2.15 so that's why they'd had to chance my appointment. Totally want to help support local business etc but it wasn't a good first impression with the lack of organisation and lack of professionalism to even call a client to apologise for inconvenience and more importantly explain why. Wish I could have gone at 3.15pm but I had a prior appointment at 4pm that I couldn't miss. Hope this is useful in improving the online system for future. I'm sure it is a good salon.

BEST SALON IN NOTTINGHAM! I have been to the likes on Toni and guy, Keith halls etc and none of them come close to the outcome you get here... the prices are really competitive, the service is incredible and the results speak for themselves! So friendly, always do their best to meet with your expectations aswell- I have recommended this salon to so many people xx
