I received a set of boots that were far to small so I returned them via the link on their page for Hermes delivery. This was done over two weeks ago. Someone called Michelle from Millets had contacted Hermes and as of yet I have heard nothing back. I go to the Hermes site and put my tracking number in and it still says its on its way back. To be honest I just want a refund and I believe neither Millets or Hermes when contacted are doing enough to resolve this. Very poor customer service on behalf of both companies that are involved.

Allows you to order stock they dont have and then doesnt refund p and p hoping you wont be bothered to claim back. Avoid like the plague
