This is the place to go for ironmongery. I was looking for a replacement set of handles for a friend who had a upvc back door which was the best part of 20 years old. The young staff member who served me couldn't have been more helpful. He checked the stock they had on the premises and then phoned up their main suppliers who confirmed that the holes in the modern door handles would not align with the ones on my friend's door. He even gave me a spare spindle to see if that would solve the problem of the handles feeling loose when turned. I remembered that I had been to this business for specific sized coach bolts in the past and came away satisfied with the service on that occasion too.
