We have recently sold a house with Bidmead Cook and Fry-Thomas, Ebbw Vale. Jeanne Fry-Thomas was extremely helpful and professional. She really went the extra mile to help us and our elderly relative sell the house. She was constantly reliable,approachable and friendly, and very sensitive to our elderly relatives needs and wishes. Bidmead Cook have always found a new tenant for my property very quickly and the property has never been standing empty. I am very impressed with their service to me as a landlady and this time around in finding me a tenant in Ebbw Vale has been no exception. Brenda as always has been a delight to communicate with and she looks after everything very efficiently. As a landlady I know that I can trust them to do a good job.

Would Highly recommend Bidmead & Cook for the sale of your property. They were very Professional and courteous. Communication was very good throughout, with Jeanne and Gill informing me throughout the selling process, keeping me unto date with all the prospective buyers that viewed the property (great when you live in Spain). Any questioned were promptly answered, unlike the company i went with first (purple Bricks) who were very unprofessional, priced the property to high, took bad photos and were very hard to get hold of when viewers wanted to view property. My advice would be to stick with your local estate agent (Bidmead & Cook) who know the market in the area, and are dedicated to selling your house for you. Five Stars all round.

I would highly recommend Bidmead Cook & Fry-Thomas. From start to finish the service they provided was just second to none. The staff at the Ebbw vale branch was just so helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble, they provided quality marketing (full description/ measurements and a full range of photographs) full viewing feedback and regular updates. Once a suitable buyer was found I was again kept fully up to date with how the sale was progressing, and can honestly say It was the easiest house sale I have ever done and that was all due to the experienced and hardworking staff from Bidmead Cook. By far the best the Estate Agents! Thank you once again, Keith.
