How the place has gone downhill so fast is a puzzle. What's happened to the friendly helpful staff? Replaced by a female picking her fingernails and failing to notice us, let alone offer help or assistance. After we had discussed with each other(my companion)at length about being unable to find correct sizes, being unable to lift down the heavy boots hung above head height and impossible to see prices, we have up and shopped elsewhere.

Friendly helpful staff, clean store, most sizes in stock. Anything over adult 12 needs to be delivered (can be returned to store if wrong.
