Very friendly & helpful staff. Always got a good selection of jewelry. Have bought quite a few bits from there for the Gaffer.

Oh dear took my watch for new battery £15.00 wife picked it up for me it was in a bag with scribbled note “faulty light button” well it was working when I took it in. Not a cheap watch either. Obvious whoever put the battery in damaged the watch. I would have more respect if they’d held their hands up and apologised. Won’t be going back😔

Dont even want to give this 1 star but have to so I can leave this review.. God knows how this place stays open Piece of advice ...send your staff on a customer service course Or if you cant afford that .remmember .a smile costs nothing .

A lot of jewelry and several watches bought from this shop. Took watch in for new battery, on collection back was scratched and condensation on the glass. New back but no apology and treated with contempt. Never been back since.
