After accidentally locking my car key in the car boot (due to Skoda’s strange decision to automatically lock the boot when you close it) a quick phone call to Lock Safe Locksmiths confirmed they could access the car and retrieve the keys.
Mufaddal arrived on time, and was polite and professional. The call out charge was pre agreed on the phone, and payment via card was easy via a portable card machine.
Without needing to be asked, Mufaddal wore a face covering the entire time respected 2m distancing.
I hope I don’t have any more situations like this in the future, but Lock Safe Locksmiths are definitely going to be the first people I call if I do!
Very professional and came out straight away to help us even though it was out of hours 21:30 - Would highly recommend this service.
I was so worried having a key stuck in my door and being on a street, my husband was away so didn't know what to do.
The chap was friendly and arrived at the time he said he would. After a couple of calls I found he was the cheapest in my area. Once he arrived he had the job done in 10 minutes.
