Having sadly suddenly gone through a change in my circumstances, I wanted to review my Home security for peace of mind. Very good, first class professional service. The Engineer turned up on time and got to work straight away and in no time had got my safe open. I would highly recommend this company and trust them to get the job done
I called the office and explained my issue. The option were clearly and honestly explained including possible costs. Locksmith attended as promised just a day later. He easily identified the issue and fixed it, all within an hour. The price was reasonable and all is now working perfectly so really pleased.
We called out halls locksmiths last night at 11pm when we couldn’t lock our front door. We were quoted £200 for a new gearbox. The engineer arrived within 30 minutes and upon inspection informed me that the gearbox was fine and the door just needed adjustment reducing the original quote to £90 when he could have just changed the lock charging me the original amount non the wiser! Extremely happy with their service, would recommend to anybody.
After an initially disappointing experience with Halls, their customer service team contacted me and could not have done more. The situation was resolved incredibly quickly and satisfactorily, they went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the work they did. 10 out 10 and would definitely use again on the future.
