What a hidden gem! Very friendly and a 2 day turnaround for heels and stick-on soles. Made some old loakes look brand new. £22 and chucked in some free laces. Highly recommended.
This is a great place - a real craftsperson, he had previously done some work on an expensive leather handbag, to change the configuration of the straps, which was really well done. Recently he has stitched pieces of suede into the inside heels/ ankles of some walking boots which had rough bits and we're rubbing - another very professional job.
Brilliant service and with a smile too. Genuinely nice fella and top quality work at good prices.
Contacted The Sherwood Cobbler due to damaged front door lock. Within moments I received a response and shortly after, a visit to replace damaged lock! Superb customer service!
