So I am not normally one to write negative reviews however this is a very honest review of a very bad experience at Costa in Radcliffe on a quiet Sunday afternoon. After waiting with my husband to be served for 40 minutes we went to join our family members which included my cousins x2 and one 9 month old baby who had already been allocated a seat by the 'manager' knowing we were a group of 4+1 baby. After spending over £20.00 on food and drinks we were told by the same manager that we could not sit there!! I obviously questioned him, he said it was not allowed it was rules, but he sat us there in the first place!! We then had no choice but to sit outside in the freezing cold with a 9 month old baby as there were no available seats for us inside! I think Costa Radcliffe need a new manager that actually knows what he/she is doing. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

The attitude of the lady at the till is very inappropriate. She started with an impolite "what do you want"; no greatings , hellow, hi or good afternoon. I could clearly feel she has a problem with my skin colour. Was rather nice to the gentleman standing next to me. Will go to Starbucks, piano or our village humble cat tomorrow. Not to the rude discriminatory atmosphere of Costa again.. thanks very much! :(

To say the service here was terrible would be too kind. Painfully slow! The lad that took my order was slow as molasses. I told the young lad I didn't want cream, and guess what it came with cream! I chalked it up to some miscommunication, so he took back the drink, and just got a spoon an scooped the cream out and handed it back to me! At this moment I knew it was going to be like pulling teeth dealing with someone as inept as this, I went on to explain that I want a NEW drink and he looked at me as if I had done something wrong! This all cracked off while they were a large que and another member of staff literally just messing around doing sod all! I've never had such a bad experience in my life. Actual jesters working there!
