Food is usually good, staff are usually friendly and helpful, especially Jake. Prices are very good. Family friendly.
I am a breakfast regular. Staff are always lovely - Happy to help. Food n drink always good standard and value for money. Like that can refill my teapot. Was told other day coffee now unlimited.... Will keep on visiting.
Good food, jacket potato was dry at the bottom but not in the middle. Nice meal just disappointed
We use the store 3or 4 times a week and the cafe probably once a week but no more thanks.
We ordered 4 meals 3 came out quite quickly but the food was cold , the 4th meal didn’t arrive until we had nearly finished , it was for my granddaughter , just a burger and chips , that was cold too , so what’s happening here , it used to be good and seems to have gone downhill.
Hopefully Morrison’s can put this right quickly.
They only use Covid restrictions when it's not busy (only really when you're the only person there). As soon as it gets busy any safety measures get thrown out the window, which is the time they are needed most. Food also takes forever to arrive.
